Follow a woman as she goes though the process of pregnancy, labor and motherhood in the narrative game Best Mom In The Entire World.

Best Mom In The Entire World is divided into separate chapters, each one focusing on a different aspect of motherhood. First, follow the protagonist through her pregnancy as she has stereotypical pregnancy related experiences: she apologizes for crying, jokes about not working at all, and then cleans the house. When the moment comes for the baby to be born, you'll help with the cesarean section. Anesthetize the women by injecting medication into her spinal column, make the incision for the cesarean, and gently take out the baby. After that, follow the baby as he grows up, although his story progresses in a stereotypical -and somewhat sexist- way.

Best Mom In The Entire World is an interactive game where players can be part of a poorly written, but entertaining, narrative.
